Awaken your senses and connect deeply to nature around and within you. Experience a guided sensory walk based on the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku, or “forest bathing,” in one of St. Paul’s lovely urban parks.

Walks will occur rain, snow, or shine. Please dress for the weather.
