Taste of the Trees – Como Woodland Outdoor Classroom

Experience an hour-long class introducing the gentle Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing,” in one of St. Paul’s lovely urban parks. Engage with your senses and accept the invitation to connect with yourself, the land, and the community. If you’re curious about forest bathing but a longer session feels intimidating, this class is for you!
