Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) Class – Wargo Nature Center

Awaken your senses and connect deeply to nature around and within you. Experience a relaxed, meditative class of the Japanese public health practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or “forest bathing,” with Kirsten Welge.

This class will be entirely outdoors. Please dress for the weather and ground conditions. Pre-registration is required through Wargo Nature Center.
