Wildlife Tracking & Forest Bathing in the Twin Cities Area

Wildlife Tracking
reminds us: we are just one of many animals in the symphony of life,
interacting with the land and one another.
Forest Bathing
gives us permission to slow down, open our senses, and
engage with this moment.
Join me outside.
Let’s recognize and experience connection with the land that sustains us all.

"Kirsten was an incredible conveyer of information in our wildlife tracking class. She has a great curiosity mindset in her approach to the world around her, and an enthusiasm toward the subject matter that was infectious. The day after this class, I went out to Fort Snelling to do some tracking on my own, using what I'd learned. I feel like I picked up a new lifelong hobby/passion, and have become more present and connected while I'm enjoying nature. Despite my fingers and toes being numb by the end of the class, it was the best use of 3 hours of my time in a long while."

Instructor was very knowledgeable. Gave us challenges (even at an introductory level) that promoted thought and then nurtured those thoughts into a more expansive understanding of our subject.

Kirsten was a really great instructor. Incredibly engaging with all levels of class participation and knowledge. Was very well prepared and very thoughtful of the students in regards to cold weather.
